How long is the rental period?
Our standard is 1 week but you can add additional weeks on during checkout. Find you need more time during your move - just call or text us. We can add on additional week(s)
Is delivery and pickup included?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included inside our service area. Please check your address at checkout or call / text us.
What if my move is outside the service area?
We do deliver or pickup outside of our service area for an additional fee. Please check your addresses during checkout or call / text us.
Can I add extra totes or dollies?
Yes. Additional totes or dollys are available during checkout. All add-ons are subject to availability.
Do you serve apartments and condos?
Yes. Apartments, condos, townhomes and houses are all included. Totes will only be delivered to ground level unless elevator is available.
What are the tote dimensions?
Our black and yellow large totes are 27-gallon - approximately 30.6 long x 20.6 wide x 14.3 high. Our 14-gallon small tote is 28.5 long x 19.6 wide x 10.3 high
Are the totes cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Every tote is inspected, cleaned and sanitized between every rental before it goes back out to the next customer.
How much can each tote hold?
Each tote can hold up to 100 lbs, evenly distributed. Totes can be stacked up to 4 totes high. Lids can also be zip tied down.
